Purpose of collection: to load the website and app accurately for you, and to perform analytics to optimize your experience.
Source of collection: automatically when you access our platforms using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with Strip or Shopify (site/store hosting) and analytics providers (Google Analytics).
Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, device identifiers, what pages or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with our platforms.

Order Information (Online Store)

Purpose of collection: to fulfill product orders, process payments, arrange for shipping, provide invoices/order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and—when aligned with your preferences—send marketing updates.
Source of collection: collected from you during checkout.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with Shopify and approved 3rd-party shipping apps.

Subscription Information (App)

Purpose of collection: to activate and manage your NKO Club™ app subscription, process recurring payments, provide account services, and communicate regarding your subscription.
Source of collection: collected from you through the website or dedicated application store.
Disclosure for a business purpose: processed securely by Stripe if purchased via our website, www.nkoclub.com.
Personal Information collected: name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, subscription preferences, and usage history related to billing.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with Strip and Shopify to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you. For example:

Payment Processing

When you make a purchase or subscribe through NKO Club™, your payment information (including credit card details and billing data) is processed securely by our third-party providers:

Shopify Payments → for physical products and one-time online store purchases.
Stripe → for recurring NKO Club™ app membership/subscription billing.

We do not store or retain your full payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and handled in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) to ensure the safe handling of payment information.
